By participating in activities, events, or volunteer opportunities organized by A Needy Wilmington, you grant permission to the organization to take and use photographs, video, audio recordings, and/or digital images

of you for the following purposes:

Promotional materials (including flyers, brochures, and newsletters) social media posts and online content

news releases or media coverage website and fundraising campaigns

documentation and reporting of our nonprofit’s impact.

These materials may be used in print, electronic, or online formats and may be shared publicly to support

the mission and visibility of A Needy Wilmington.

You understand that: ​You will not receive any compensation for the use of your image, voice, or likeness

A Needy Wilmington owns all rights to the media You may revoke this consent at any time by submitting

a written request to the organization (note: revocation does not apply to materials already published).
